It is with much pleasure that we present the Osprey, a 75 Gallon Hash Washing Machine For more than two years, we worked with hash creators to create this. Osprey has been developed to address the problem of hash washing, which is a bottleneck in commercial processing operations. This device is specifically engineered to delicately yet effectively remove all traces of resin from your material. It has a fresh frozen capacity of 21,000g or 4,200g-4,600g of dry flower.
There were a lot of alternatives we looked at, but they all featured blender-like harsh blades, crevices perfect for mold and bacteria to thrive in, and inexpensive parts. We set out to rectify the situation while maintaining extreme dependability and a low price point.

5. Fast Clamp Sanitary fittings on the left and right allow fresh and recycling water hookups. Both fittings can be plugged to manually add water from the top.
6. A food-grade Plexiglass cover seals to prevent leaking when full and lets the user adjust water agitation.

• Efficient Water Management through Quick Clamp Sanitary fittings facilitate the efficient filling and draining of the machine.

  1. Connect your filtered water line right through a sanitary fitting on the sidewall, adding a valve for an easy and secure way to fill the wash vessel with water.
  2. Feel free to use a pump of your choice to move water from the drain bucket back into the Osprey, or out into a drain.
  3. The drain is just right for 32-gallon buckets or wash bags, but you can also use 20-gallon buckets on casters if you prefer!

  • A waterproof 7″ touchscreen computer controller controls/saves RPM speed, Total Run Time, Run Time Each Direction, and Rest Time between directions.

• A monolithic billet aluminum impeller with smooth ridges that is hard-anodized for food grade operation

  • It does not mince or blend the material, but rather washes the trichome heads off the stalks while softly but completely mixing the substance. The desired hand-washing, full-melt effects are mimicked here.
  • In addition to giving us a perfectly balanced impeller, the Lightweight Monolithic Impeller significantly increases the life of the motor, transmission, seals, and so on. The impeller is protected from oxidation and has a coating that is harder than steel thanks to strong anodizing.

• For simple workability inside flex areas, integrated floor locks and wheel locks that unlock with a foot click guarantee safe operation while in use.

• A slightly sloping floor makes it simple and effective to drain water that is trichome-filled. With standard 32-gallon wash bags, the drain is positioned high enough to drain into a 32-gallon trash can.

  • An optional “Nest” can be added to any order. The low-profile stainless steel Recycle Reservoir holds up to 85 gallons of water and has a sloped base for drainage underneath the unit. A pump can return drained/filtered water to the main vessel for recycling or to a sink, floor drain, etc. for waste water.
  • Sieving columns for the Nest Tank are also being developed. All Nest Tanks will support them backwards. These aim to eliminate the hassle of washing bubble bags and the skill needed to remove hash from floppy screens. Drain the wash into a micron-sieving column.

    • 230v configuration is recommended for countries and locations that utilize 230v power, along with operations requiring higher capacity. The step up in power allows more material to be run at higher speeds, great for food grade/cartridge manufacturing.
