Refund and Returns Policy

At ICURE COMPLETE GROW ESSENTIALS, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not totally satisfied with your hydroponics system, gardening tools, or other products, we are here to help you see through with our Refund and Returns Policy guide.

Qualifications for Returns

  • You can return products within 30 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • In their original condition (unused and unassembled).
    • In its original packing, with all parts, manuals, and accessories included.
    • Accompanied by evidence of purchase, such as an email confirming the order or a receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used consumables (e.g., nutrients, grow media, seeds).
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Clearance or sale items labelled as “final sale.”

How to Make a Return

  1. Contact Us: Contact our customer service staff at contact@icurehashfrigo.com or +33 7 80 75 46 87 with your order number and cause for return.
  2. Approval: A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and shipping instructions for returning the item to us will be sent to you after your request is accepted.
  3. Shipping: Unless the goods is damaged or the return is the result of our error, customers are responsible for paying the return shipping expenses.

Refunds

  • When we receive and inspect your returned item, we will tell you of the status of your refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order is broken or defective, please notify us within 7 days after delivery. We will provide a replacement or complete refund at no additional cost. Please send photographs of the damage to expedite processing.

Exchanges

  • Follow the return procedure and place a new order for the replacement item if you would like to swap an item.
